Our Virtual Healthcare service offers personalized healthcare to you and your dependents for all conditions, ranging from acute to complex. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go, you can connect directly with our medical team.

With Virtual Healthcare, you can access

24/7/365 Medical Support – Speak with one of our success care professionals at any time of the day or night, including weekends and holidays.
Tailored Referrals – Shorten your wait times to see specialists and surgeons with fast-track access to the care you need.
Medical Services – Book lab requisitions and diagnostics, order prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, request no fee doctor’s notes and more.
Continuity of Care – Receive personalized follow-up after appointments, share files and collaborate with your family doctor.

Employee & Family Assistance Program

Mental Health & Other Support

Our custom Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is specifically designed to support the mental, emotional, and practical well-being of you and your family. Gain access to experts who understand the unique needs of First Responders and police personnel.

Through EFAP, you can access:

Trauma-Informed, First Responder-Certified Professionals - get specialized mental health care support with psychotherapists certified to work with First Responders.
Specialized Therapeutic Care – receive unlimited counselling from therapists qualified in stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, addiction and more.
Crisis Intervention – obtain immediate access to clinicians with in-the-moment support for urgent situations.
Work-Life Services – request legal, financial, and nutritional experts who can support your rights, financial planning, and healthier lifestyle choices.

Refer a Counsellor to MembersHealth

To ensure you can keep seeing the same trusted therapist through your MembersHealth benefits, you can refer your counsellor to our network. This helps you maintain continuity of care while also giving other members access to high-quality professionals who understand and support the unique needs of our community.

Please note: A referral does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are carefully reviewed, and only therapists who meet our established requirements will be recruited. The review and onboarding process typically takes between 2–4 weeks, depending on the applicant. Members will be kept informed of their application status throughout the process.
