Please note: A referral does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are carefully reviewed, and only therapists who meet our established requirements will be recruited. The review and onboarding process typically takes between 2–4 weeks, depending on the applicant. Members will be kept informed of their application status throughout the process.

The Care Team is the critical link between our doctors and the Members. They are responsible for securing timely appointments with specialists and for tests, making sure the patient is kept informed of what is going on with their file, that the record is active and for being the instant resource for the Members and the doctors & specialists as needed.
We can't guarantee that you will consult the same doctor every time. Our healthcare team operates on various shifts, ensuring coverage at all times. Regardless of the doctor you see, rest assured they all have access to your medical history and are capable of providing quality care.
