With Virtual Healthcare, you can access

24/7/365 Medical Support – Speak with one of our success care professionals at any time of the day or night, including weekends and holidays.
Tailored Referrals – Shorten your wait times to see specialists and surgeons with fast-track access to the care you need.
Medical Services – Book lab requisitions and diagnostics, order prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, request no fee doctor’s notes and more.
Continuity of Care – Receive personalized follow-up after appointments, share files and collaborate with your family doctor.

Life in the trades can be demanding, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Your Member & Family Assistance Program (MFAP) is here to support you and your household through life’s challenges.

Through MFAP, you can access:

Certified Counsellors - Trauma-informed professionals experienced with trades-related stress.
Unlimited Counselling  – Support for stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and more.
Crisis Intervention – Obtain immediate access to clinicians with in-the-moment support for urgent situations.
Work-Life Services – Request legal, financial, and nutritional experts who can support your rights, financial planning, and healthier lifestyle choices.
