The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) supports the mental, emotional, and practical wellbeing of Government of Yukon employees and their eligible family members.

Through EFAP, you have access to qualified professionals who understand the unique demands of public service and can provide confidential, evidence-informed support when you need it most.

Through EFAP, you can access:

Qualified Mental Health Professionals - Connect with licensed counsellors and psychotherapists experienced in supporting individuals and families across a wide range of personal and workplace concerns.
Specialized Therapeutic Support - Receive counselling for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, workplace conflict, burnout, substance use concerns, and more.
Crisis Intervention – obtain immediate access to clinicians with in-the-moment support for urgent situations.
Work-Life Services – request legal, financial, and nutritional experts who can support your rights, financial planning, and healthier lifestyle choices.
