The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) supports the mental, emotional, and practical well-being of Government of Yukon employees and their eligible family members.

Through EFAP, you can connect with qualified professionals who understand the demands of public service and offer confidential support when you need it most.

Through EFAP, you can access:

Qualified mental health professionals - Connect with licensed counsellors and psychotherapists experienced in supporting individuals and families across a wide range of personal and workplace concerns.
Specialized therapeutic support - Receive counselling for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, workplace conflict, burnout, substance use concerns, and more.
Crisis intervention – obtain immediate access to clinicians with in-the-moment support for urgent situations.
Work-life services – request legal, financial, and nutritional experts who can support your rights, financial planning, and healthier lifestyle choices.
